It takes me a one hour grind in helltides to get enough for 2 Grigoire fights. They don't show up on map until you are near one. Honestly wasn’t fun anymore. Ok, after doing a few helltides since noticing the issue, I think it has to do with the helltide graphics (well, the graphics being what shows there's a de-sync or something). You can tell exactly what part of the world is affected by Helltides by opening your map and finding the Red Sword icon. There is always 1 chest in each helltide zone that’s 175 embers and gives more loot. But it is way way too easy.
